Cryo-maceration
Marika, a wine first produced by our company in 2009, is also available this year.  It  is a wine obtained through CRYO-MACERATION or cold maceration which is a technique whereby grape bunches are frozen before pressing thus enhancing all the characteristic aromas and taste of wines produced with this grape variety.  
It is a high-quality wine which evolves in time.  
Marika has been produced in 3,300 exclusive bottles with a glass stopper.

Colour: Pale yellow load
Perfume: intense fruity
Palate: The palate is the main feature. . softness accompanied by an aftertaste that is coming to a feeling of candied citrus growing.
